I turned the notch on my MacBook into something that actually does things

Hi everyone — I'm launching Islio here on September 1st, and I'd rather start the conversation now than on the day.

The short version: the notch on a MacBook is the most expensive dead area Apple ever sold us, while the same cutout on the iPhone became the Dynamic Island. Islio fixes that on the Mac. Hover the notch and it opens: music from any source, a shelf where files wait, clipboard history, screenshots with an editor, a converter, timers — sixteen sections, all of them optional.

Two things I care about more than the feature list:

It collects nothing. No analytics, no telemetry, no account. The privacy policy fits on one page and the app matches it line for line.

It's native. Swift on Apple silicon, idles at 0.0% CPU. Not an Electron wrapper.
