Solo founder from Türkiye building cited AI answers for product teams

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I’m Mehmet, a full-stack developer and the founder of Mikpa LLC.

I’ve been building web products and SaaS tools for more than five years, mostly as a solo developer.

One of the products I’m currently working on is Knoku.

It connects websites, GitHub repositories, OpenAPI schemas, and internal documents, then turns them into cited AI answers through a support widget, Slack, Discord, or API.

The goal is not only to answer repetitive questions before they become support tickets, but also to show teams which questions keep coming up and what their documentation is missing.

I launched Knoku on Product Hunt today and would genuinely appreciate feedback, especially from people working with developer documentation, customer support, or knowledge management.
