Hey Product Hunt. I'm Will, a solo founder based in Sydney, Australia.

I have been working on Sharpread for about six months. It started out of pure frustration. I was spending hours reading through 10-Ks trying to find the signals that actually mattered, buried in footnotes and risk factors that most people skip. I kept thinking there had to be a better way to extract the information without losing the rigour.

So, I built a tool that reads SEC filings forensically. The AI never touches the financial math, hard numbers come straight from SEC XBRL data, and every red flag links directly to the verbatim paragraph in the actual government filing so you can verify it yourself.

Launching here on Tuesday the 19th.
