I first became a founder at 21, back in 2007, when I built a job placement consultancy. It was doing well, but an unhealthy team situation forced me to step away.

Destiny had other plans. I moved into the corporate world, where the next 18 years gave me the opportunity to work on difficult problems across Service Delivery, Transformation, Transition, Agile, Project Management, Automation, Cyber Security and AI/ML.

I’ve spent years seeing how businesses work, where they struggle, how people get hired, and what it takes to get the right people into the right roles.

Now, at 41, I’m back building again.
