I'm a 19-year-old engineering student building a hyperlocal home-services marketplace (haircuts, cleaning, repairs, event/birthday decoration) for college towns in India — places big platforms like Urban Company don't really serve. I've got a working prototype and a rough business plan (commission-based, starting with one service category in one town, WhatsApp-first before the app). What I don't have yet is experience — I've never run a business or raised money.
