I’m Abdul, building EquityLift - an acquisition platform for first-time business buyers
I’m Abdul, founder of EquityLift. A platform helping people buy businesses more professionally, especially first-time and early-stage acquirers.
I’ve spent years working through acquisitions, deal sourcing, buyer preparation, funding conversations, DD, advisor coordination, and execution. One thing I kept seeing was that most buyers are trying to manage a very complex acquisition process through scattered spreadsheets, notes, inboxes, WhatsApp threads, and half-built CRM systems.
So I started building EquityLift.app to bring the acquisition process into one structured workspace.
We've made it that simple, that a grad straight out of uni can utilise this platform to buy his first business. Deals can go through the entire process in less than 60-days. P.S I'm buying a cleaning company and we're in legals within 7 weeks.
It helps buyers:
Build and manage their acquisition pipeline
Track seller conversations and deal stages
Organise due diligence
Prepare finance and lender information
Manage acquisition tasks, advisors, and next steps
Stay focused on execution instead of admin
The goal is simple: make buying a business feel less chaotic and more like a repeatable, professional process.
I’m especially interested in connecting with:
Searchers and acquisition entrepreneurs
First-time business buyers
M&A advisors and brokers
Finance brokers and lenders
Operators using acquisitions as a growth strategy
Would love feedback from the PH community:
If you were buying your first business, what would you want a platform like this to help you with most?
You can check it out here: https://equitylift.app
Excited to connect with other builders, operators, and acquisition-minded people here.
Abdul
