I'm a UX designer. Tell me your product's biggest UX failure, and I'll diagnose it.

Hi PH

After years of obsessing over flows and friction, I've noticed that most "UX failures" founders describe aren't actually UX problems at all they're business logic problems dressed up as interface problems.

The button isn't the issue. The fact that nobody needed to reach the button is.

I want to hear yours. Drop your product's biggest UX complaint in the comments the thing users always get stuck on, or the flow that never converts the way you expected.

I'll give you my honest read: is it a design problem, a logic problem, or something else entirely?

No pitch, no links. Just a designer's eye on your problem.

Hi, Lily, welcome. I am a solo builder. In the past two years, I enjoyed the AI coding and I can set up so many landing pages which is pretty, but I find that I don't know how to adjust the UX design logic. Do you have any recommendation? Thanks.
