Hi yall! Solo founder planning on releasing local-first AI cost management tool built into Claude, Cursor, etc across all your providers. First time doing this so any tips and tricks would be amazing :)

Welcome. I love the sound of a local-first tool. Flavouring your launch with absolute data privacy would be a huge selling point for the Product Hunt community..
I'm also a solo developer preparing my own launch, from what I have learned in my short time here, my top tip is to pre-write your first comment to drop the second you go live. Use it to tell the unvarnished story of why you built your tool and how your process evolved. My impression is that people on Product Hunt back the founder as much as the product.
