Executives get coaching. Athletes get coaching. Everyone else gets a PDF and good luck.

I work at Creatium and that gap is basically the thing we’re chasing: everyone deserves a coach, not only the people with a budget line for one. Turns out the hard part isn’t building a coach that gives good advice. It’s building one that people come back to on a Tuesday when they’re tired and would rather scroll.

That’s the problem I think about most. Motivation is a harder engineering problem than intelligence.
