Hi everyone! I’m Jorge, working on bringing more clarity, structure and consistency to small hospitality and STR teams.
Over the last few years I’ve seen how small teams often operate in “reactive mode” juggling guest communication, housekeeping, calendars and daily tasks without a clear system behind them. I’m especially interested in how workflows, accountability and simple structures can reduce that daily chaos.
