Hi everyone! I m Jorge, working on bringing more clarity, structure and consistency to small hospitality and STR teams.

Over the last few years I ve seen how small teams often operate in reactive mode juggling guest communication, housekeeping, calendars and daily tasks without a clear system behind them. I m especially interested in how workflows, accountability and simple structures can reduce that daily chaos.
