I'm Pranav, and I'm building Restemb together with my co-founder @sreenath_m .

A bit about me — I'm a technical founder who built the full stack: the burnout prediction model, the privacy architecture, and the web app. This is our first launch and we're genuinely excited to share it with this community.

What we built and why:

Most HR tools survey monthly and tell you who already quit. We built Restemb to give managers a real early warning — a 30-second daily check-in that scores burnout risk using a peer-reviewed model and surfaces anonymous signals to managers 4–6 weeks before anyone notices.

The thing I care about most: individual answers are never exposed. Managers see team patterns, never personal data. That's what makes employees actually trust it enough to be honest.
