I’m Mateusz, a technical founder and product-minded developer based in Gdynia, Poland 🇵🇱.

I’m currently building twōrstwo, a small studio focused on helping founders make better product decisions before they spend serious money on development.

The idea is simple:

Before building an app, MVP, automation, or full product, many founders first need to answer:

- Do I actually need an app right now?

- What should go into the first version?

- What can be skipped?

- Where are the biggest product or technical risks?

- What is the simplest way to validate demand?

That is the kind of work I want to help with.

I’m especially interested in early-stage founders, solo founders, non-technical founders, and small teams who have an idea, landing page, prototype, waitlist, or manual process, but are not yet sure what the next product step should be.

I’m not here to pitch aggressively. I’m here to meet people building early products, understand the problems they face before development, and share what I learn along the way.
