A small confession: from the outside, this community looked intimidating. Lots of very polished launches, very polished narratives, very polished founder voices. The kind of polish that makes anyone earlier in the journey wonder if they belong.

What changed after lurking for a few weeks: scroll past the top-trending posts and the actual community is much messier and more honest. People asking real questions. People admitting things didn't work. People offering help without an angle.

That's the version worth showing up for.

I am curious whether anyone else had the same first impression - and what convinced you to post the first time anyway. Probably useful for the next wave of people who are deciding whether this is for them.
