Building an AI tool for smarter RFP bid/no-bid decisions

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Jonathan Goodman, founder of Halyard Consulting.

I work on AI-driven business transformation, automation, and workflow systems for teams that want to save time and make better decisions with AI.

Right now, I’m building RFP Copilot, an AI tool that helps teams evaluate RFPs, RFQs, grants, bids, and procurement opportunities before they spend hours writing a proposal.

The idea came from a simple problem: most proposal tools focus on writing the response, but many teams struggle even earlier with the bid/no-bid decision. Is this opportunity worth pursuing? Do we meet the requirements? Is the timeline realistic? What are the risks? Are we likely to win?
