Interview Proctor - Secure your online interviews in the age of AI

Why did you build this? We developed this tool to address the growing problem of cheating during remote interviews. Based on my own experiences and feedback from many colleagues, it's incredibly difficult to detect dishonesty without risking false accusations against honest candidates. This challenge is amplified by the rise of low-cost "cheating-as-a-service" tools. These tools are designed to be undetectable by standard meeting platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, as they can be hidden from normal screen-sharing functions. What's new and unique about your launch compared to alternatives? Our solution consists of a secure desktop application for the candidate and an easy-to-use web app for the interviewer (no download required). The candidate's application provides full video conferencing capabilities while simultaneously monitoring their computer in real-time for any unauthorized applications, suspicious hardware, or activities. Compared to standard meeting tools, we offer three unique features: * Comprehensive Multi-Monitor Capture: We capture activity across all of the candidate's displays, not just the single screen they choose to share. * Hidden Application Detection: Our software identifies unauthorized applications running in the background, even those specifically designed to evade traditional screen sharing. * Virtual Camera Detection: The system can detect and flag the use of virtual cameras, which can be used to manipulate a candidate's video feed. What are you most proud of with this launch? We are most proud of solving the significant technical challenges involved in integrating so many complex services to bring this product to life. We've created a stable and reliable platform, and we're already working on the next phase of features, including: * AI-powered analysis of collected data to automatically flag suspicious events. * An integrated coding editor and virtual whiteboard. * A new, more user-friendly UI/UX design.
