This brings back serious vibes of ClarisWorks database feature/FileMaker Pro. Was there any UI inspiration from the visual database products of the 90s? What about DabbleDB?
Probably subconsciously :-) UX is very important to us, so we've definitely taken inspiration from patterns and experiences that work!
