@isaacjoyous Hi Isaac, my card was charged without admission from your site. We signed up for a trial and there isn't anyway to cancel the 14 days trial at all. The product is not working optimally too, it's kinda messy. Have tried multiple messages many times since 3 weeks ago too. Please advises soon! Thank you!

Love the sleek design, and the overall product idea 🔥 Is there any way to get info on how many influencers you have for specific search terms before buying? As a potential customer, I'm asking myself if I should buy or not, but I can't seem to verify if the database includes what I'm looking for (my industry), so it's a tough sell :)

@sunebthorsen Great point Sune, did you try making a search on buzzbomb.com? What is your industry? We have influencers for pretty much every industry but always happy to issue a refund if you're not satisfied :)

@isaacjoyous I tried, yes, but when I hit search, I'm prompted to signup with a credit card before being able to see how many match my search terms. I get that the results are hidden, but even just a number or the results greyed out would help get a better understanding of the value of the product. I'm sure your conversion rate would benefit from this? I know many won't signup with a credit card to a new startup they haven't heard of before. Not these days on the internet. As for my specific case, I'm looking for mobile gaming influencers :)

SCAM!! AVOID!! Terrible customer service. Purchased the lifetime offer. Only when I went into my account section I realised it was only compatible for US and Canada. My company is based in UK. Have been messaging their "customer care" don't know why, doesn't look like they have one, for a refund. Ive asked 3 times now in 3 weeks with not a single reply. If a company cannot answer a basic question to one of their customers, I wouldn't trust it.

@ericahal Thanks @Erica, that's kind of you. We have a system in place to do this automatically but we also work with certain influencers for brand campaigns.

Horrible support, I asked my account to be cancelled as soon as I signed up, not only was it not cancelled, but a month later my card was charged. When I emailed to get my account deleted and refunded, there was not reply and there's not way to cancel the account independently. Is this some kind of scam?

The site looks amazing and although personally I'm not looking for influencers right now I'd definitely keep a close eye on this for future use. 👏
