What defines "the best developers"? :) I personally know a lot of geeks who are either socially awkward or not busy creating noise on any platform.

In India, there are lo of talented developers. But, there is no such platform; where all of them can be found. I think, IWC fills that gap. It is set to be the 'much needed' directory of Indian developers. Great idea Sahil and Zaid. Wonderful execution too. I love the simplistic UX! Way to go.....
