Hushh - The tinnitus app that adapts to YOUR frequency

by
Most tinnitus apps just play white noise. Hushh finds YOUR exact ringing frequency, then applies a notch filter so your brain learns to tune it out (based on Okamoto et al., 2010). What else it does: → 63 layerable sounds with stereo pan & oscillation → Epley maneuver with real-time head tracking via phone gyroscope → AI-powered trigger analysis: "Caffeine days = +2.1 distress" → Doctor-ready PDF reports with your progress data Built for the 1 in 5 who hear the ringing. Free to try on iOS.

Hey PH! I'm Gurkan, the maker of Hushh. I've had tinnitus for 1 years. Every app I tried was basically a white noise player with a nice UI. None of them asked: what frequency is YOUR ringing? What makes it worse? How do you track progress over months? So I built what I wanted: 1. Frequency Matcher — find your exact tinnitus pitch, then the app filters it out of everything you listen to. The science: your brain "unlearns" a frequency it stops hearing (notch therapy). 2. Trigger Tracking — log 30 seconds daily, and after 2 weeks the app tells you things like "your tinnitus is 2.1 points worse on caffeine days." This genuinely changed my behavior. 3. Gyroscope-guided Epley — for vertigo/BPPV. Your phone tracks your head angle in real time and tells you if you're in the right position. No more guessing. 4. Doctor Reports — export a PDF with your frequency, trends, and trigger data. My ENT actually loved this. It's free for 3 days (then subscription). Basic sounds + breathing exercises stay free forever. I'd love your honest feedback especially what's missing. This is v1.0 and I'm actively building.
