Rsquare’s reconciliation software automatically takes a file (Excel, PDF, CSV, and text file) from a source file and it will do automatic reconciliation with any counterparty file, which can be a bank statement or another VAT file. The software will automatically match records from the source file and bank statement, giving the user a full and concise report of matched and unmatched records, which then can be manually matched as well.
