Can I have multiple websites under 1 account? I'd like to use Hubspot Marketing Free on a new website, is it ideal to just create another account?

Got a few questions:
1. Do the free CRM and Sales tools drive a significant portion of conversions for your Marketing tool? Why are they free? Are they really 'free'? Or this cost has been included in the high cost Marketing tool and they are just a hook to lure prospects into it eventually. What is your marketing strategy here? It'd be great if you can share some insight on that (as much as permitted) but please be transparent.
2. How would a small company with 40k contacts in their list is able to pay $3000+/month? Can you help me to understand and justify that cost please?
3. What are the drawbacks of just using the free CRM and Sales Pro ($50/month is much more digestible) tools without the Marketing tool?

I applied for the program through Start-Up Chile accelerator for my startup.
It is a bad product, it lacks of quality, features and it is expensive.
You are attached to 12 month contract per agent, if you need 5 agents one month and 2 the next, you have to keep paying for the 5 agents the whole year.
You can not cancel hubspot account, now we are attached to a 12month contract per agent without any advert.
Keep away from hubspot for startups, this is more a SCAM than a support program.

I use Hubspot as part of my day to day routine.
It's an awesome tool for sales and marketers (specially for startups).
The problem is that when your team grows it becomes quickly very expensive and non competitive compared to using zappier and different other tools.
Pros:
Amazing tool and very complete when paying
Cons:
It becomes very expensive while adding modules and licences
