Really stoked to share this beautifully designed deck (thanks Holstee!) containing 45x evidence-backed practices that I've found to be most effective personally, and sharing with 1200+ students and exec coaching clients over the years.

I was so excited when Jonny partnered with us at Holstee to create this incredible deck of gentle practices and reflections for shifting your nervous system. This is a personal passion product for me, and something I wish I had access to years ago.

These cards were intentionally designed to help you decide quickly which practice meets your in-the-moment needs and the quality of the materials is off the charts, with heavy-duty cardstock in a handy 4x6" size, and a beautiful soft-touch box.

If you’ve ever felt lost in a difficult moment, I hope these cards can be the hand you reach for when you need it most. ❤️

it's been such a pleasure working with you guys, I couldn't be more thrilled with how the product + design turned out. Absolute dream collaboration ;)

Always love what Jonny builds. I keep reading his work, will check this out.
Trying to see how soon this can be delivered in India!!

thanks Pawan, appreciate the support and we'll see if we can get a deck delivery expedited to India!

that would be awesome, will reach out to you folks over email!

Love everything Jonny does. I’m sure this will be no exception.

thanks Gareth, so appreciate the support!

Everything Holstee creates is thoughtfully created and beautifully designed and I've been a fan of Jonny's podcast Curious Humans for years. This is an exciting collaboration and I'm really looking forward to these cards - my nervous system can definitely use some soothing these days.

The evidence-backed framing is what makes this stand out — so many "calm down" tools lean on vibes alone.

Curious if you've found certain card categories (breathwork, body-based vs. cognitive) land differently depending on a client's baseline state that day? Some of my exec clients describe needing completely different practices when they're wired vs. depleted — even though both look like "stress" from the outside.
