I’m a HockeyStack user and am very happy with it so far. Ditched the rest of my analytics tools in favour of HS cos it’s very user friendly even for a non-techie like me. Most importantly, results are easy to understand and practical. For eg, do I need to watch tonnes of session recordings to try to understand my prospects? If you only have a small team, that may be a waste of precious time and resources. Support isn’t the best as the turnover time is relatively long. But I understand that it’s because the team is small and working tirelessly on shipping updates. However, when support does reply, they are committed to helping you solve your problem (in my experience at least) HS has come a long way since the first time I started using it and I have high hopes that it will keep getting better. Kudos to the young but driven team! All the best. I’m rooting for you guys :)

Simple but superb analytics solution if you, or your customers, don't need the deep details of traffic sources and user behaviour. Implementing Hockeystack is a breeze. Understanding the metrics is easy. You don't need to watch hours of Youtube courses to know what is going on. The fact that it's GDPR compliant is a big plus. No cookie consent needed. And since GA has recently been banned in the EU, this might be the alternative you are looking for. The team responses fast. The roadmap is impressive. The future of privacy looks bright, again. Good luck with conquering the market share your solution certainly deserves
