This tool is a game-changer. Automating sourcing is one thing, but also getting personal emails and the ability to sequence the reach out is something extraordinary. Congrats on the launch! As someone who has been involved in the hiring process, I can attest to the fact that it can be a time-consuming task. It's not just about posting job openings and reviewing resumes; it also involves conducting interviews, checking references, and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications. Without a doubt, I'm sure EasySource helps significantly streamline the hiring process. One question: there's been some research done showing that completely automated candidate filters can bias who makes it past screening (one example from Amazon: https://www.reuters.com/article/...). I'm curious how you all at HireQuotient have addressed or thought about this problem.

@shreyasiyer that’s a very good question. Yes, if just taken as binary filters, they can introduce bias towards people who maintain all sections quickly. However, we not only focus on these binary filters, but also overall candidate profile amd the relevancy judgement is done by a mix of AI and recruiter expertise. There’s a lot of scope here to make it even more exhaustive, and we are working towards that direction.
