I like that you have Kanban board inside Application Tracker!

i'd probably add my resume like 10 times just to compare how it reads with different job descriptions. kind of a nerd habit, but i love seeing the gaps and then pondering if they're as big as they seem before i flake out on applying.

Hey Nela, many congratulations on the launch! 🥳

The landing page and messaging are really strong. You’re solving a genuinely important problem. Job searching is often scattered across platforms and opportunities, making it hard to track applications and next steps, tailor a resume for every role, and practice interview questions. AI is especially well suited to bringing all of that together.

What makes HireKey especially compelling is your recruiter’s perspective, few people could build this with the same insight into what hiring teams actually look for.

Wishing you and Lance a very successful launch. :)

Rohan, thank you so much! Your advice leading up to launch helped us sharpen how we talk about HireKey, and I’m really grateful you took the time out of your busy day to share it. It means a lot to hear this from you. Lance and I are grateful for your support.

the honest answer about not checking technical accuracy is the part I'd watch out for as a user. STAR structure feedback could make someone sound more confident delivering an answer that's actually wrong, and a polished delivery of a wrong answer is worse in a real interview than a rough delivery of a right one. is there any plan to at least flag when an answer sounds complete but is thin on verifiable specifics, even without full technical grading?

a polished answer shouldn’t get a pass if it’s thin on evidence. The coach is designed to probe for what you personally did, why you made certain decisions, and what happened as a result. The debrief (feedback after your interview practice) marks down vague answers even when they sound complete. That’s a check on the evidence in the answer, not a verification that every technical claim is correct. Your suggestion to make that distinction more explicit in the feedback is a good one. We’ll test how clearly the current coach flags it.

that's a fair distinction and I think it's the right one to draw, evidence versus correctness are genuinely different checks. curious what "test how clearly it flags it" looks like in practice though, is that a wording tweak in the debrief text, or something more visible like a separate confidence note next to answers that were thin on specifics. the first is easy to ship, the second is a real UI decision.

Wish you success and congrats on the launch!
The resume tailoring feature sounds really practical. When someone has worked across multiple functions (e.g. engineering, PM, and data), does HireKey help decide which experiences to prioritize for a specific role, or does it mainly restructure existing bullet points? I'm curious whether the fit analysis weighs transferable skills differently from exact-match skills, especially for people considering a career pivot within tech.

recruiter pov is the real edge here, usefull for tech folks 👏 mock interviews next?

Congrats on the launch, Nela! The recruiter's side of the table is what most job search tools miss. I like that the fit check points out transferable experience instead of just matching keywords. Is the voice interview practice tuned to the specific role you're applying for?
