Hey Product Hunt, We built Hire in Japan because posting a job here shouldn't mean filling out a 20-field form. Most international companies hiring their first person in Japan already have a job description somewhere -- a careers page, an ATS, a doc. So instead of asking for that information twice, we built three ways to start a listing: paste the URL of an existing posting, paste the raw text, or hand a prompt to ChatGPT or Claude and paste back the result. A human still reviews every listing before it goes live -- nothing publishes automatically. We're a small team based in Tokyo (Sekaichi Inc.). Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's tried to hire in Japan before and knows how confusing it can be.
