Release notes, May 13: multi-publication context and smarter source syncing

Hey everyone, posting this week's release notes.

Most of what shipped is multi-publication plumbing. If you run more than one newsletter from a single HeyNews account, this is the one to read.

What changed:

  1. Story picks stay in the right publication. Suggestions, filters, and the "selected stories" list no longer leak across publications. Each one only sees its own sources and audience.

  2. Cleaner handling of older stories. If a story is outside your plan's access window, we keep the locked content out of the draft flow and show a real upgrade path, instead of letting the draft attempt run and fail. We also stopped overwriting the original date on stories you picked manually, so older selections don't get silently rejected.

  3. Smarter source checks. RSS and social source checks pause when no active publication needs them, and pick back up when one does. The practical effect: source libraries stop drifting quietly within accounts with many paused or archived publications.

Plus the usual fixes: shared RSS feeds resume correctly when a publication starts using them again, story detail pages and usage tracking now stay tied to the current publication, and a class of AI drafts that were failing because of model settings completes properly.

If you hit any edge cases with the multi-publication behavior, reply in this thread, and we'll dig in.
