Does this have social media inbox too? That means I connect to Facebook messages, Linekdin messages, GMB messages and more and allow my staffs to answer questions. Congrats on the launch!

I've been using HelpSpace since last 4-6 months now. Moved from HelpScout after 5 years. The UI is extremely user-friendly and gets the job done with less complicated options. I've been using helpspace for my app - it was really easy to set up and can be customised to fit with your brand with the theme features or even add CSS in there. Got me covered for docs as well as receiving emails, so saved me a lot of time! Congrats to the team for the new launch, the new look is great!

I've tried other tools but I really like how HelpSpace has implemented its main features. - Shared Inbox - Rules - Self-service sites (knowledgebase, documentation, or even blog) It's really easy to setup and get running in a few minutes.
