What’s included in the Helpdesk plan?
Helpdesk by Virtual Shinobis is built around a simple idea: give small teams the tools they actually need to manage customer support, without turning the product into a complicated enterprise system.
The current plan includes:
Shared support inbox
Turn incoming customer emails into organised support tickets in one central workspace.Multiple inboxes and organisations
Manage different brands, departments or client support inboxes while keeping their data separate.Ticket assignment
Assign tickets to individual team members so ownership is always clear.Statuses, priorities and tags
Organise tickets by what needs attention, what is urgent, and how each enquiry should be categorised.Team collaboration
Invite team members, manage inbox access and keep customer conversations visible to the right people.Internal notes and ticket management
Keep team discussions separate from customer-facing replies and manage the full ticket lifecycle from one place.Saved replies
Create reusable responses for common questions and support scenarios.AI Overview
Quickly summarise longer conversations so your team can understand the issue, context and next steps faster.AI reply refinement
Improve drafts by making them more formal, polite, concise, expanded, rephrased or grammatically cleaner while keeping the final send under human control.Insights and reporting
Review support activity and workload to get a clearer picture of how your team is handling customer enquiries.Browser-based access
No software installation required. Helpdesk runs entirely online.
We’ve kept the pricing equally simple: R249/month, roughly US$15/month, after a 14-day free trial.
There are no separate feature tiers at the moment. The aim is for customers to get the complete product rather than having useful support features locked behind progressively more expensive plans.
We’re still actively improving Helpdesk, so if there’s a feature you think a small support team absolutely needs, we’d love to hear it.
