We built Helpdesk by Virtual Shinobis for small businesses and growing teams that need a simpler way to manage customer support.

The idea came from a pretty common problem: support starts in a normal inbox, then quickly becomes difficult to manage once more people are involved. Messages get missed, ownership becomes unclear, and it s hard to know what still needs attention.
