Hey everyone! Tomorrow I'm launching DeskNova, something I've built solo. It turns every email, chat, and portal message into one organized ticket with a knowledge base, SLAs, IT asset & vendor management, approvals, and reporting all in one tool.

The part I'm most excited about: the AI only ever suggests it summarizes tickets, drafts replies from your own knowledge base, and even answers customers on your portal, but a human always decides. No autonomous bot answering people unsupervised.
