HandUp - Direct donations to homeless people and neighbors in need

This platform let's donors give directly to invidivuals in a localized way, where 100% of donations reach the intended recipient. HandUp is also a Public Benefit Corporation, which means it's for-profit with a legally binding commitment to social impact.

I think I first learned about HandUp on @Jason's This Week in Startups episode with the founder, @rosical. I like how they're making charity more personal and transparent.
