We founded Gradient Works with a simple mission: help B2B sales teams maximize attainment by ensuring the right rep works the right accounts at the right time. It sounds basic, but we know from our time in many different GTM roles that it isn't. Since then, we've talked to nearly 200 sales and RevOps leaders about how they deploy their reps into the market. One thing stood out. Static, geographic territories were holding teams back. They were causing uneven attainment, making it hard to add reps, and creating gaps in TAM coverage.
