It's hard to see this as anything but further evidence of Hangout's blind spot for desktop users. We've been begging for a native client for years, and all we've gotten is the departure from XMPP (goodbye third-party clients), the deprecation of Google Talk (goodbye functioning desktop app), laughably unusable Chrome plugins, and now yet another manifestation of it as a "new" web app that doesn't add anything over what you can already do from a Gmail tab. I'm pretty entrenched in Hangouts as far as consumers go, but increasingly begrudgingly so...

Worth the money.
Pros:
It has video call facilities as well also it is very easy to communicate with people using this software.
Cons:
While in video call Hangouts doesn't display which person is speaking at that point of time in the call.
