This has been a long time coming. Well done!

Expected them to move the product forward. Seems like they just ripped it out of gmail and kept it the same. A bit disappointed to be honest.

The world needs options, now everybody can get what they want. Well done @abs timing this piece of content with Google hangout's new release. https://sameroom.io/blog/announc...

It's hard to see this as anything but further evidence of Hangout's blind spot for desktop users. We've been begging for a native client for years, and all we've gotten is the departure from XMPP (goodbye third-party clients), the deprecation of Google Talk (goodbye functioning desktop app), laughably unusable Chrome plugins, and now yet another manifestation of it as a "new" web app that doesn't add anything over what you can already do from a Gmail tab. I'm pretty entrenched in Hangouts as far as consumers go, but increasingly begrudgingly so...

Worth the money.

Pros:

It has video call facilities as well also it is very easy to communicate with people using this software.

Cons:

While in video call Hangouts doesn't display which person is speaking at that point of time in the call.
