I would suggest adding undo/redo Ctrl+Z Ctrl+Y . Felt that was missing.

@tidderjail Hi sorry to hear it may have been a bit confusing. Its an annotation tool for adding text, arrows and shapes to your images. We also have additional features to automatically add a browser mockup border and background when you upload a picture. This makes it super easy for people who take screenshots of their products for blogs and how to guides. It would be great to get your input on how we could make that more clear?

@perry_steward Thank you for your answer, it's confusing because take for example your home page "Ask for copy changes in your design", does the tool allow me to draw that red rectangle or the black box with text?, for me the black box is an annotation, not the rectangle. On that yellow page, "Lightning fast annotation tools" where are the tools ? What are you talking about there?

@tidderjail thanks for the feedback we really appreciate it! To help with some of your questions: 1. Annotation tools: you can arrows, text boxes and highlight specific areas with rectangles or circles 2. Tools: we have a sample page here where you can see what those tools are. Just click try sample! (Currently we only support desktop so if you are on mobile try opening it up in desktop) Thanks

Good product. As far as I understood I can set the tutorial path for any user on my site userpath or make some comments for designers to correct. Am I right?

@newt0n_barber Thanks for your comment! That’s correct if you have a flow that you would like to explain to your users in image format you can use our annotation tools to help direct them. And with your design use case you can certainly use it that way too. It’s much easier for you to actually point out and comment directly into the designs rather than having to send lengthy emails. Hope that helps :)

While it looks like a clean tool, it's non-intuitive once you get into the interface. I see text and shapes on the left side, but I expected to be able to just instantly add the black sample annotations with errors, and could not figure out how you intend for that to be accomplished. They appear to be examples on the right, but when you click them, they seem to be active components (on the same). When I uploaded an image to try again, the image was displayed as a thumbnail. When I clicked DOWNLOAD, I thought that referred to a desktop app version, so I clicked thinking it might work better or more intuitively. I realized it was just downloading the annotated image. However, it downloaded something unexpected. I'm using a Chrome browser. If this was to do some slick annotations quickly like Skitch, with better visual quality, I'd be quite interested. But I don't see how to get those nice black annotations without trying to create them using the shape tools at the left. Is that what you meant all along?

We're currently in beta mode so theres a lot to still be done. i'd be happy to jump on zoom call with you to run through any problems you might be having. feel free to send me an email either on hello@perrysteward.com or via the chat function we have on the website. I will try and help here as well: 1. Annotations - the examples are intended for you to copy and paste onto your image and canvas area. We will be releasing a click and annotate tool in the next version 2. Image thumbnail - This is probably due to the dimensions of your image causing a wierd zoom condition, if you zoom in youll see that there is not lost image quality and when downloaded it will be the original upload size + any borders youve kept in place. 3. Download - the download button is to get a png of your annotated image. It would be great if you could email me more detail on your issue you're seeing. We LOVE videos :) Thanks!

@alphahunter Hi Mahesh, Thanks for your feedback. We dont have any current plans to go mobile but thats not to say we wont. I'd love to hear about your current workflows on mobile as it might help drive us into that direction. feel free to drop me an email.

If it was possible to ask for features, the thickness of borders would help quite a lot. Additionally being able to cut, copy and paste parts of the image onto itself would help move elements around when discussing design. ?makers
