this is amazing! does the app show all brands/retailers or do you only partner with certain brands/retailers

Thanks Eleanna! Great to hear you agree : ) We’ll feature any brand/retailer based on our editorial research + positive user input. We currently feature products from over 400 brands across more than 30 different retailers. We try to recommend Amazon when possible because our users love their 2 day shipping, but we’re constantly adding additional retailers for the products that aren’t available on Amazon as well as any time a product is offered at a lower price than it’s available for on Amazon
Love the idea, I've really had trouble finding great gifts in the past. I'd love to test this if possible.

Thanks George! Makes me happy to hear. I spent far too much time trying to figure out which animal (that naturally gives gifts) would resonate best. I ultimately decided on the penguin and wanted to blend a kind of standard illustration w/ kawaii

Hi Jamie! We sure hope so : ) Yes our algorithm takes occasion into consideration when determining the appropriate gift, and it's always improving

Thanks Jessica! Happy that you’re as excited as we are. I would say the live chat gift concierge is most exciting! In our first launch users were able to submit a google form to our gift concierge, but now users can chat with our concierge instantly for gift recommendations : )
I love the idea, great to take away the stress from buying gifts. Can I sign in with fb to quickly import birthdays?

Great question! Unfortunately Facebook changed the way they work with developers after the Cambridge Analytica data scandal. All of the birthdays stored in your Facebook are considered third party data, of which facebook has determined users should not be able to share with developers. The good news is, we integrate with Apple & Google calendars so you can quickly import all important dates stored there : )
Remembering gifts for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, and weddings can be so stressful so I'm glad Giftata exists to help me organize my gift-giving. Is there a way for people to create wishlists?

Couldn’t agree with you more! Yes you can easily create wishlists under ‘Saved’, and you can even create & categorize lists for others if you want to start planning ahead for what you might get a specific person for Christmas.
about time someone made a tool like this... i procrastinate beyond belief when it comes to buying gifts, can't wait to check it out
