This is the book that launched 10,000 start-ups, and to be honest, I could be off by a factor of 10. For anyone in 2005 wondering how the hell Basecamp got off the ground, or what principles it was built by, this book answers it all.
It's old, but it's not dated.
If you haven't read it , I recommend it
I read this book many many moons ago, probably the first "startup book" I devoured. Absolutely loved it, and love the principles Basecamp (formerly 37Signals) stands by.
