Hi there all Product Hunters and a big thanks to @katesegrin for hunting us!
Co-founder Samir Smajic from GetAccept here. GetAccept helps salespeople close more deals faster by helping them take control of their sales document workflow. Our team at GetAccept worked with sales for several years and experienced a LOT of frustration -- deals would just slip away from us even when we thought we we’re in control.
We realized we were not alone. 60% of all sales proposals end up in a stage where nothing happens. GetAccept is changing that!
Imagine you are about to send a sales proposal. With GetAccept you can add a presentation video to make sure your proposal stands out. You'll get insights about the recipient’s behavior and notifications with tips for the next step. The platform will also push the deal forward automatically by sending reminders and activating remarketing campaigns that engage the decision makers and influencers.
And last but not least, we make it easy for the customer to say yes with eSigning from GetAccept.
Let us know what you think!
Oh far to kind @workstation. We really hope that Salesforce will stay a little longer since our Salesforce integration is in the pipe to being approved in the App Exchange Store =) Thank you ones again!
@thornhillmatt Thanks Matt, You would have loved the first video we had there, although we had to remove it since it was a little to much material from som movies we love =)
@ourielohayon The CRM integration is top priority and with a background as a CRM product manager I really understand the pain needed to be solved with an integration! We have a Salesforce integration waiting to be approved in App Exchange store and more to come. Is it some particular CRM you are thinking of?
Would easily say that this gorgeous product has been helping me closing deals faster than ever. And the hit rate has increased. Thanks and I am looking forward for even more updates from you guys!
@daltonc Thanks Dalton and yes as old sales reps we just wanted to solve our own biggest pain, seems there were others with the same issue! Someone said "Build a product that people love" and that is what we are trying to do ;)
Great problem to solve. Already passed this along to two friends in Sales to take a look. Good luck and definitely second that being able to integrate this into existing CRM systems would be a big benefit.
@mrakshaypatel fantastic and thanks for the leads, that always makes my sales heart warm! Regarding the CRM integrations we see that as one of the most important ones and therefore we have a Salesforce integration waiting to be approved in App Exchange store and more to come. Is it some particular CRM you are thinking of?
@samirsmajic Salesforce is main one, but I also see freelancers I know that could benefit from this on a platform like Behance. Look forward to following the work of you and the team.
@paddy Hi Patrick. At GetAccept we focus on how to close more deals and eSigning is just a part of that. The big difference I would say is the "Deal Accelerator" that automatic based on the recipients behavior push the deal forward with everything from SMS and Email reminders to remarketing campaigns targeted to the decision makers and influencers. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
How is this different from ToutApp, ClearSlide and Yesware that have been tracking sales proposals, collateral and other customer correspondence (including video) for years?
@seanblack, sorry for late response (must put signups and customers first in line)
I haven't used all of the products you mention but ToutApp and Yesware are in my eyes products more focused on the actual email and lead generation. Of course there will be similarities in single features but we have built GetAccept to focus on the end of the sales process connected to the sales documents. As an example you can market your deal to the decision makers and influencers to place it top-of-mind and push it to a eSigned document (which is also included).
Nice work @samirsmajic - couple of quick questions. (1) when building your own proposal, is there a prompt for uploading terms and conditions? How does that work? (2) Do you provide an element of education for users in how contracts work? I'm concerned about the possibility of users starting delivery before the client signs, which would mean that the contract could have been perfected without the need for the signature. This is something I'm always haranguing our clients about! Forgive me - I am a lawyer!
