I'm Joaquín, the co-founder of Gents.
We built Gents because we saw that creating AI agents with tools, knowledge bases, workflows, and integrations was still too complex for most companies. Businesses wanted AI solutions that could go beyond simple chatbots, but building and managing them often required a lot of custom development.
Our goal with Gents was to make AI agents easy to create, deploy, and scale. Throughout the process, we continuously refined the platform based on real-world use cases, adding support for tools, RAG, workflows, and multi-agent capabilities to help businesses automate support and operations.
