What does case management look like today inside small immigration law firms?
Hey PH 👋 I’m building GentleCase, a case management platform for U.S. immigration law firms — think tracking petitions, deadlines, client intake, and document chaos in one place instead of spreadsheets + email + sticky notes.
One pattern I keep hearing from immigration attorneys: the actual legal work is hard enough, but the operational side (where’s this RFE deadline, did the client upload their I-485 docs, which paralegal owns this case) quietly eats hours every week.
Two things I’d love input on from this community:
1. If you’ve built or used vertical SaaS for a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, etc.) — what surprised you about onboarding non-technical professional users?
2. For anyone who’s launched a B2B tool where your buyers aren’t on Product Hunt — what actually moved the needle for you post-launch?
Happy to share what I learn building in this niche. Roast the idea if you want — that’s why I’m here.
