Hey PH I m building GentleCase, a case management platform for U.S. immigration law firms think tracking petitions, deadlines, client intake, and document chaos in one place instead of spreadsheets + email + sticky notes.
One pattern I keep hearing from immigration attorneys: the actual legal work is hard enough, but the operational side (where s this RFE deadline, did the client upload their I-485 docs, which paralegal owns this case) quietly eats hours every week.
Two things I d love input on from this community:
1. If you ve built or used vertical SaaS for a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, etc.) what surprised you about onboarding non-technical professional users?

Can firms customize templates per attorney and auto fill client data into forms?
@karimbenkeroum Yes — both are supported.
Firms can customize templates on a per-attorney basis, so each attorney can have their own saved versions, default language, and preferred formatting rather than everyone sharing one firm-wide template.
We also auto-fill client data into forms: once a client's information is captured in their profile, it populates the relevant fields automatically, so your team isn't re-typing the same details across multiple documents.
One thing I want to be upfront about: we currently support 7 forms with full auto-fill and per-attorney customization today. We're actively building out the rest, and our roadmap is to cover all forms — so the set you can automate will keep growing over the coming releases.
