1) Who are some of the main partners you are working with first? What's the launch roll out strategy? 2) The hire of @sfj made a lot of (positive) noise. How does editorial fit into your strategy?

How do you ensure the annotations are always valuable to users? I'm not sure I really want to know how everyone interprets an article, for instance.

Ok, I'm legitimately confused so please help me understand: 1) How does this help me as a product guy / developer who currently uses invision to annotate designs & point to talk about stuff I find on websites with my colleagues & friends. 2) Of all of the ways you say I can use Genius which one is the best one that I should be using? 3) Am I able to share my annotations with just my friends / contacts? 4) Where do you pull friends / contacts from, do I have to build a new contact list? 5) Can I notify my friends / contacts when I annotated something they might want to see? 6) Why is there a need for annotations on the web? Or rather: isn't this a workaround for a problem that may or may not exist on the web now instead of a solution to that problem? I'm not a particular fan of multiple layers to a website... I don't like having to depend on an external system to provide extra value to a site. I wouldn't want that "on" my site. Which btw leads into: 7) As a website owner, how can I block this from being used on my website? If I cannot, might there be legal issues? (If not in the US maybe in other places?) And lastly: 8) How is this different (better?) than Point?

Future of Genius looks bright! How involved are Marc Andreesen & Ben Horowitz?

Great solution but I think a mobile app would be awesome.
