I suggest Toggl Track. Its friendly UX and insightful reports do well!

@mmahdishokri I experienced it but not find very simple, also Slack integration is not accurate as it suggested.

Hey! I've been using Flowace to track time spent on each task. It's very automatized!

I use Google calendar, gives me a ballpark estimate about how much time I spent on something and also keeps me organised.
