About

We build HelpStack, an AI helpdesk. It answers the "where is my order" questions from live order and tracking data, so an agent does not have to type the same reply 40 times a day. Chat, email, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp land in one inbox. We built it in Ljubljana, inside our own business. The communication tech underneath comes from Space Guardian, our satellite company, where missing a message is never an option. My background is a PhD in laser systems and years of real-time control engineering.

Do you launch your product in other directories besides Product Hunt as well? What's the strategy?

So far, I ve come across three types of people:

  1. Those who focus entirely on their Product Hunt launch.

  2. Those who spread their launches out over time for example, launching on other platforms throughout the month.

  3. Those who launch everywhere on the same day which, in my opinion, would be suicide. :D

What s your launch strategy?

If you re launching on multiple platforms, what do you do first?

Only 1.5% of buying prompts name a brand. Your product gets picked in a conversation you're not in.

Pew measured the click collapsing from 15% to 8% when an AI summary appears. A separate read of 35,000 ChatGPT citations shows where the decision moved to and it's mostly places you don't own.

Start with the one number here that isn't someone's marketing. Pew Research put browsing software on 900 US adults and watched 68,879 real Google searches in March 2025. Not a survey about how search feels. Actual behaviour.

What actually makes people comment here, not just upvote

Watched a product go from "hoping to get featured" this morning to #1 by this afternoon, and paid attention to what actually pulled people into the comments instead of just counting upvotes.

The single comment that got the most reaction wasn't a pitch. It was the founder admitting a real gap straight up, saying a part of the product wasn't built well yet. That pulled more replies than any feature announcement in the same thread.
