What's your favorite note-taking/productivity tool and why?

I'm doing some research about what you like the most about whatever note-taking/productivity tool that you can't live without. For my side, I love the simplicity and easy-setup about the tables that Notion offers, to quickly organize my finances, I definitely can't live without it. 🤔 What about you? Also, is there any improvement that you would like to see regarding your picking?

I have recently used Notion and I find it very useful. Then, there is Google Workspace.

I like to mention Restyaboard () here. One of my favorite free productivity tool that makes it easier for us to stay organized as they allow us to keep things in one place.
I want to recommend my favourite app UPDF(). This is a productive tool that I can't live without during my work. I use it to edit、annotate、organize and translating my PDF files. And its attractive interface helps me to read PDFs in a friendly way.
