I generally try to break my day down into routines instead of discrete activities (sunrise, startup, work startup, bedtime, etc)
The key one for me is the morning routine which starts immediately after waking up. Just doing it in the same way every day sets up every day to go the way I want it to be
do useful work, gym, swimming pool, sauna, eat, sleep

My favorite daily routine is waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee, quiet moments for meditation, working hours with creativity, evening walks and a cozy evening with a good book. These are rituals that fill my life with joy and harmony.
