What's the one question you wish you could just ask your business and get an honest answer to?
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm launching today, and I've been collecting the questions business owners say they wish they could just ask their own business and get a straight answer.
The most common ones I keep hearing:
→ "Did I actually make money last month?"
→ "Where did our cash go?"
→ "Am I spending too much on payroll?"
→ "Are Square sales matching QuickBooks?"
→ "Can I afford to hire one more person?"
All of these questions feel quite simple, but in reality these are the most common ones you need to spend a lot of time on. Log into multiple platforms, stitch the data together or ask a finance manager. And then after all of this, you still need time and skill to make sense out of the data to make decisions. So, suddenly a simple question turns into a long complexity, instead of instant clarity.
The thing that surprised me building our tool isn't the AI part. It's how often a business owner will know, deep down, that something in the numbers is off, and just not have the time or the tooling to find out where.
Curious from the makers and operators here:
1. If you run a business, what's the one question you ask yourself most often that's painful to answer?
2. If you DON'T run a business but build for them, what's the question your customers ask you that you wish they could just self-serve?

I agree with Manfred here! When I talk to business owners or founders. Usually, they just need a clear simple answer on cash, profits and payrolls now. All of these are pretty similar questions, since you can dive into complex data analysis only after you actually understand the bottom line.
Much of it is around cashflow in my view - and also having a view on forward cash. “Will I have enough cash to meet my end-of month payments - payroll and lease” for example.
But then also larger strategic questions “using comparable businesses, what is my business worth should I want to exit to a PE firm doing roll-ups in this space and how can I increase valuation over the next few quarters?”
My one question is 'How do I scale this ?'
You start a business, it goes good and you make good money balancing everything. But then the stall, it needs to scale and its a very tough spot to be in. Do I hire more, what about the payroll?
If I dont, how do I manage the workflow? What am I missing? What channles to scale did I not explore?
