Figuring out marketing. It just seems like there are so many ways and platforms, which make marketing (at least to me) very scary.

Quick look at activity. The sort of lingo they use. No social account connected. If there is one the same sort of lingo appears on the SoMe account. Follower / Following rate. They usually promote some launch that has payed for bot upvotes etc etc. Other things too. They are getting harder to spot tho 😅
Losing weight and have a good consistent diet.
