not connecting with my target audience – #1
the silver lining there is you'd have two ways to still move forward: pivot to the right target target audience for your product, or pivot to the right product for your target audience
Wrong Product Market fit
I think many of us fear this one, it's probably the hardest aspect of building something

That no one will want to use it :)
absolutely! We have been doing a ton of validation and we have been in closed beta for a couple of months. The feedback is very positive. But the feeling can still be there in the back of your head 😂
QA isn't gd enough
small points of failure that add up to a bad experience
users will forgive most of the small small things if your website/app/cloud/whatever is fast.
Blocker when huge traffic coming in
user having to install the software and feel it is a waste of time or lazy, instead they decide to not buy but they end up missing out value of actually what they could have got from the software otherwise
convincing my target audience
Change in trend & change in technology.
